Over the past four years, bamboo salt has been the guardian of me and my family’s health. To exemplify, I go back to a lovely spring day of 1984, when my eldest son came back from school, shivering in fatigue. I first assumed that he was frustrated and stressed from school, but later found out that his right arm and shoulder was swollen to an abnormal extent.
